Licensing tribunal |
The Toronto Licensing Tribunal hears matters arising from City Bylaw 574-200, including applications for licences that have been denied and contravention of the bylaw.
The tribunal meets on a weekly basis and has the power to suspend, revoke or place conditions on a licensee. The tribunal is composed of seven citizens who are appointed by Toronto City Council through the Nominating Committee. |
